Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Stingaree San Diego “Table Reservation and Maxim VIP Giveaway” (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of Stingaree, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, officers, directors, managers, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies (“Endev LLC”), and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. How To Participate: Sponsor will award a Complimentary table and bottle for the evening. Additional prizes include free entry for you and a guest to the Sting Maxim VIP Party that includes hosted bar and passed appetizers from 9PM till 11PM.
Participants must “share” / “retweet” the Stingaree Maxim Party Eflyer to their wall containing the requested information during the entry period, as follows:

The following is an example of an accepted tweet/entry: I can’t wait to see everyone @StingSandiego StingMaxiumParty will be accepted beginning February 1st, 2011 and ending on February 3rd, 2011 at 3:59:59 p.m. PST. For purposes of these Official Rules, a “day” is defined as a 24-hour period that commences at 12:00:00 a.m. PST. All entrants must provide complete entries in order to be eligible to win. Reasonable efforts will be used to contact the winner (as determined by Sponsor Winner must show valid state issued driver’s license or other identification as evidence of identity.
Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, incomplete, illegible, late and/or misdirected entries; printing errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Contest-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of any means of entry.
Prizes:
“Grand Prize” – one (1) Table Reservation Valued at $400.00 (Gratuity Not Included) on Feburary4, 2011. Five sets of two (2) tickets will be awarded for free entry for you and a guest to the Sting Maxim VIP Party on February 4th, 2011 that includes hosted bar and passed appetizers from 9:00 P.M. till 11:00 P.M. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all expenses and travel costs including, but not limited to, all transportation, meals, excursions, gratuities, incidentals, surcharges, service or facility charges, personal charges at the venue, taxes or other expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Selection of Winner(s):
“Grand Prize Winner” will be selected from among all eligible entries on the basis of random draw conducted by Sponsor. Any random draws and notification of Grand Prize Winners will be completed by January 8, 2011.
Winner need not be present at the venue or any random draws to be eligible. Any judging decisions or disputes will be determined or resolved
by the Sponsor only, and all such decisions will be final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Odds of winning may depend on the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person, e-mail address, Twitter account, and household.
Notification of Winner:
The potential prize winner will be notified by Twitter and/or e-mail. If the potential prize winner cannot be reached within two (1) business days (i.e., Monday through Friday excluding any United States or State of California holidays), selected winner may be required (in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to forfeit the prize, in which case, another eligible entry will be randomly selected
from among the remaining eligible entries and another potential prize winner will be notified. Time permitting (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), subsequent eligible entries will be drawn as provided for above until an eligible prize winner is reached and such eligible prize winner has submitted and returned all necessary documents as provided for herein.
Liability Release:
By entering this Contest, each participant agrees to release, waive and hold harmless sponsor, and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors and shareholders,
advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and any other companies participating in the promotion, administration or fulfillment of this Contest (collectively, the “Releases”) from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage to persons or property, costs, expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ and other professionals’ fees) and actions of any kind related to, arising out of, or resulting from this Contest or resulting from the acceptance, use or misuse of any of the prizes awarded, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, invasion of the right of privacy or publicity.
Miscellaneous:
Selected contestant may be required to execute a General Release (including an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release) prior to being declared the Grand Prize Winner.
No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of prizes except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, and then for a prize of equal or greater value, may be allowed. Federal, state and local taxes, including but not limited to any applicable income or withholding taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner at Sponsor’ s sole discretion.
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to: 1) disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, or any other component of this contest, or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules, 2) modify or cancel this contest should non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest and, in any such event, select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received by means other than entries received by Team, and 3) substitute another prize of equal or greater value.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that the Sponsor and Marquee Entities may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, city and/or state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade purposes and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.

If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned, or if this Contest or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Contest and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor’ s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest or any portion thereof. In the event this Contest is canceled, terminated, modified or suspended, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, or Sponsor will select the winner in such manner deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at the Entry Site. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE (INCLUDING THE ENTRY SITE) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry on the Entry Site, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account entered. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be
requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the Twitter account associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.
Disputes:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively under NRS 463.362, or if determined by the Nevada Gaming Commission or Nevada State Gaming Control Board not to be subject to
NRS 463.362, then by the United States District Court for the District of Nevada (Las Vegas) or the appropriate Nevada State Court located in Clark County, Nevada; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to
have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Nevada without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.
